About the Founder

Hi, I’m Valerie — the mom behind Still She Co.

Still She Co. and Her, Reclaimed were born from my own experience of becoming a mom and realizing how easy it is to pour so much of yourself into the people you love that you can slowly lose touch with parts of who you are.

I’m a mom of two little ones, and motherhood is without a doubt the greatest honor of my life. But somewhere between raising them, caring for my family, and keeping up with everyday life, I found myself wondering where I fit into it all.

I didn’t want to become the woman I was before motherhood again—because motherhood has changed me in so many beautiful ways. I simply wanted to reconnect with the pieces of myself that were still there: my thoughts, my ambitions, my identity, and the woman I’m continuing to become.

That experience inspired me to create Her, Reclaimed—a guided journal designed to give moms a place to slow down, reflect, and make room for themselves again.

My hope for Still She Co. is simple: to remind moms that loving the life they’ve built and wanting space for themselves can exist at the same time.
