Shipping

Each order is packed with care and shipped within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order, and orders are typically processed within a few business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email so you can follow along.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Returns

We want you to love your journal. If it’s not the right fit, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back — email [email protected].

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns that are opened, used, or outside the 7-day window may not be eligible.
